Scott is an accomplished acquisitions and asset management leader with more than 25 years of experience and over $6 Billion of closed transactions in all major property types nationwide. Mr. Holmes brings with him strong institutional experience with Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), Marcus & Millichap, VEREIT, Inc. (Cole Capital), AEW Capital Management, American Realty Advisors, and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). Experience in every major product type including multifamily-housing, office, retail, industrial, single tenant net lease, and self-storage. He has closed transactions in over 40 states.

For over 25 years, Charlie Peters has been an owner and operator of multifamily properties and office space. Charlie has bought and sold single family homes, smaller multifamily properties, larger multifamily apartment complexes, and office properties across 13 different states, with a primary focus on adding value to troubled multifamily assets in the Eastern United States. He purchased his first apartment complex in Tallahassee, FL in 2002. For over 20 years, either individually or with partners, Charlie has been involved in purchasing, renovating, and repositioning apartment complexes and office buildings.

Feras is an entrepreneur at heart with a tech background. Feras graduated from the University of Texas with a Computer Science degree and worked at Microsoft straight from college. Feras later quit Microsoft to ‘bring tech to industries that lack it’, where he later found his passion for real estate. Feras quickly built a portfolio of rentals, completing 9 closings in his first 12 months. After having seen the results of rentals, Feras later decided to scale up into apartment complexes, where he started Disrupt Equity, a company focused on multi-family acquisition and investments for investors, and in doing so, help leverage his strengths in tech to better identify quality investments for investors. Disrupt Equity now spans multiple markets throughout the country and has returned millions in profits to investors.​
